Our computer is broken...I am hoping to have it fixed soon....sorry for the delay in updates....

Jason got home late on Wednesday this week. It was so nice to have him home! We both are definitely adjusting to this working out of town thing. It is going to be a long time until he is home during the week...so what can you do? Not complain, just buck up and deal with it! It is not fun, but we are getting used to it. Declan's face definitely lights up when his dad gets home. It is so sweet! His business is doing very well and I could not be more proud of him. He is definitely the World's BEST dad and Husband.

I definitely look forward to the weekends now more than ever since Declan has been born. I love spending time with my boys. I am working with a student now during the week/weekends now. I love this student and enjoy working with her (the extra money is nice too) but I don't love being away from my family.

Declan is also continuing to have reflux and has days when he is in a lot of pain. Thank God he is with my sister because she is so patient with him during the day. Declan has been on Prevacid for close to two weeks and it does not seem to be working wonders. I plan to call Dr. Elliott this week and hopefully we can figure something out to help Declan feel better. I will keep you updated!

We had another wonderful weekend at home as a family. I absolutely cherish these moments.

Burt's Pumpkin Patch

We went to Burt's Pumpkin Patch this weekend! It has been a tradition with the Cullinan's, Cyn Cyn and Aunt Jana...and now we are a part of it. The kids had a great time and Declan was a trooper with all of the pictures! We are so lucky to have such a wonderful and fun family!

Halloween is next weekend! The kids will be the cast of Scooby Doo! I will update the blog with those pictures for sure!

We love going over to the Nau's for gameday! Another perk of having a child the same time as your best friend! I am so in love with their little Rylan and love to see her every chance I can. Might I add...she too is the perfect baby! The only problem is that they are all Georgia fans! It is okay though, they pull for Auburn when it is necessary!

The collest baby EVER!

We had our first family vacation and it was WONDERFUL and RELAXING! I was furloughed Friday and we had a school holiday on Monday, so we decided to go to Florida! Jason flew in Thursday night from Willmington and we picked him up from the airport and headed for the beach. I am not even "sugar coating" it one bit when I say that Declan was absolutely PERFECT! He was perfect on the ride there, perfect while we were there, and perfect on the way home. It made the vacation so enjoyable! He LOVED the water once he got over the initital shock. I think we definitely have a water baby on our hands! Thank you to the Emery's for letting us stay at their beautiful condo! Love you guys!

We are about to drop Jason off at the airport again =( He will be back in North Carolina for 2 weeks before he comes home again! I hate this SO much, but we will make it through. Jason hates being away from us too, but "it is what it is," right now. Complaining won't fix it...I just have to be super mom and hang in there until these out of town jobs are done. We can do it! Thank God for family and friends!

Me and my boy on my 29th birthday! He was definitely the BEST present of all!

I turned 29 ont the first and Declan turned 2 months on the 11th! My wonderful husband was out of town for my birthday, but sent me beautiful flowers to work. Declan and I went out to eat with my family and it was an uneventful yet perfect bday. I got the best present of all this year...a perfect and healthy baby boy!

My amazing mom and sister were nice enough to take Declan to his 2 month check-up. He had to get all of his shots =( Mom and Staci said that he did SO well! I felt like a terrible mom for not being able to take him, but I cannot afford to miss a day of work right now. Declan was 11lb.s and 13 oz. He was in the 50th percentile for everything. Thanks to my sister noticing after keeping D, that he has reflux. Staci told the doctor what she had been seeing and the signs all pointed to reflux. Dr. Elliott prescribed Zantac for little D. It seems to be working very well! It is not covered under insurance which stinks, but whatever it takes to make Declan happy and not in pain. Poor little guy hardly complains...good thing my sister noticed. He goes back to the doctor in December. We will keep you updated!

Time is still flying...I wish it had a pause button at times!
